What is S.W.E.A.T.S?

The Governor of California declared a State of Emergency for San Bernardino County, due to the Line and Bridge fires. In response, we activate SWEATS  to address the urgent needs of households affected by an emergency or crisis, such as a natural disaster, energy supply shortage or disruption.
